Swiss Elite Limousine provides professional chauffeur and limousine services, including but not limited to Airport Transfers, Corporate Travel, Private Tours, Hourly Chauffeur Service, Hotel Transfers, VIP Concierge Service, Event Chauffeur Service, and Cross-Border Transfers. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Bookings may be made via the website, email, phone, or WhatsApp. Payments are accepted by credit/debit card (via terminal), cash, bank transfer, or invoice, as agreed at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in CHF, both including and excluding VAT; payment in USD or EUR is also accepted, converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for standard transfers and 7–9 days in advance for longer private tours or event chauffeur services; last-minute bookings are accepted subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. All bookings are final once confirmed; please see the Cancellation Fees and Refunds section below.
The confirmed price includes fuel, a professional chauffeur, vehicle usage, and road tolls. Parking fees (charged at actual cost) are not included. Any applicable additional charges, including the chauffeur's meals and overnight stays outside of Zurich, will be communicated in the final price prior to booking. If the customer requests additional stops, extended hours, or a longer route on the day of service, this will be charged as an extra, calculated per hour depending on the specific service and trip. The customer will be informed of any additional cost before it is incurred.
Cancellation fees depend on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled start of the service: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start incur a 0% fee (100% refund). Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled start incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start incur a 100% fee (no refund). Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer only, at the discretion of Sardar Group GmbH. Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account details to receive a refund.
A free waiting period of 45 minutes applies at the agreed pickup location (e.g. hotel lobby, private address, or airport arrivals; extended free waiting time may apply for flight-tracked airport transfers). If the customer has not presented themselves within this period, additional waiting time may be charged; the applicable rate depends on the specific service and will be communicated before the booking is confirmed. If the customer does not appear within a reasonable period beyond the free waiting time, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Standard luggage allowance is one bag per passenger; please inform us in advance if you expect to exceed this allowance so we can assign an appropriately sized vehicle. Child seats are provided on request at no additional cost — please specify the number and age of children requiring seats at the time of booking. Pets are permitted on board provided they are properly secured in an appropriate carrier for the duration of the journey.
In the event that a vehicle breaks down or a chauffeur is unable to complete a confirmed trip, Sardar Group GmbH does not guarantee the provision of a replacement vehicle or driver. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the affected trip that has already commenced or been completed; a refund will only be provided for any remaining, unfulfilled portion of the trip or booked service.
If Sardar Group GmbH needs to cancel a confirmed booking (for example, due to chauffeur illness or a mechanical issue), the customer will be offered the choice between a rescheduled service at a mutually convenient time or a full refund.
Sardar Group GmbH is not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, strikes, or other extraordinary events. In such cases, the customer will be offered a rescheduled service; if rescheduling is not possible or not wanted by the customer, no refund will be issued for the affected portion of the service.
Sardar Group GmbH is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Swiss law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Passengers must comply with Swiss law at all times. Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Alcohol may only be consumed on board if provided or expressly permitted by Sardar Group GmbH. Unaccompanied minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the service. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service in case of any violation of this section, without refund.
With the customer's express permission, Sardar Group GmbH may request photo or video feedback during or after a service.
