Swiss Elite Limousine provides professional chauffeur and limousine services, including but not limited to: Airport Transfers, Corporate Travel, Private Tours, Hourly Chauffeur Service, Hotel Transfers, VIP Concierge Service, Event Chauffeur Service, and Cross Border Transfer. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Bookings may be made via website, email, phone, or WhatsApp. Payments may be made by credit/debit card (via terminal), cash, or invoice. Advance payments are generally collected via invoice or bank transfer. Prices depend on trip details, duration, service type, and locations. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Refunds are possible in justified cases: full refund if cancelled by Swiss Elite Limousine; a 50% fee applies for customer cancellations regardless of timing. Refunds are issued via cash or bank transfer. Gift card refunds are not issued.
Sardar Group GmbH is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Passengers must comply with Swiss law. Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service in case of violations.
