What chauffeur services does Swiss Elite Limousine offer?
We offer airport transfers, hotel transfers, hourly chauffeur services, business travel, private tours, event chauffeur services, VIP concierge services and cross-border transfers. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
How can I book a chauffeur service?
You can submit a booking request through our website or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. Our team will review your journey details and availability before confirming your booking. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking standard transfers at least 3–5 days in advance. For longer private tours or event chauffeur services, we recommend 7–9 days. Last-minute requests are accepted subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards via payment terminal, cash, bank transfers and payment by invoice, as agreed when booking. Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), both including and excluding VAT. Payments in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) are also accepted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.
What is included in the confirmed price?
The confirmed price includes the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel and road tolls. Parking fees are charged separately at actual cost. Any applicable additional charges, such as the chauffeur’s meals or overnight stays outside Zurich, will be communicated before you book.
Can I add stops or extend my chauffeur service?
Yes. Additional stops, extended hours or a longer route requested on the day of service are charged extra. Charges are calculated per hour according to the service and journey. You will be informed of the additional cost before it is incurred.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service start receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the start incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start incur a 100% fee, with no refund. Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer only, at the discretion of Sardar Group GmbH.
What happens if I do not arrive at the pickup location?
If you have not arrived within the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting charges may apply. If you do not appear within a reasonable period after the complimentary waiting time ends, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
What happens if Swiss Elite Limousine cancels my booking?
If Sardar Group GmbH cancels a confirmed booking, for example because of chauffeur illness or a mechanical issue, you will be offered a choice between rescheduling the service at a mutually convenient time and receiving a full refund.
